Rock Island is an unincorporated town in the northeastern-most portion of Warren County, Tennessee, United States. The town is named after an island on the Caney Fork just below the confluence of the Rocky River. Rock Island is home to the Great Falls Dam and Rock Island State Park.

Located at the confluence of the Collins and Caney Fork Rivers, the 883-acre Rock Island State Park has a natural sand beach on Center Hill Resevoir. Historic features of the park include a 19th century textile mill and one of Tennessee's early hydroelectric plants.
The state park offers many different hiking trails as well as a river beach front.
