The Prinsenhof ("The Court of the Prince") in Delft is an urban palace built in the Middle Ages as a monastery. It is located on the St. Agatha Square. It belongs to the Top 100 of the Dutch UNESCO monuments,
Later it served as a residence for William the Silent. In 1584 he was murdered in the Princes by Balthasar Gerards; the holes in the wall made by the bullets at the main stairs are still visible.
